As a coach or consultant, PCS allows you to objectively measure team and leadership performance across 6 key segments: Goals, Roles, Processes, Adaptability, Connection and Resilience.
Our online surveys gather both quantitative and qualitative data giving you powerful insights into team and leadership performance and providing a clear framework around which to build robust and effective coaching interventions.
PCS helps you to:
- Clearly understand which specific aspects of the team and leadership relationship and overall team climate are working and where there is room for improvement
- Gather both quantitative and qualitative data on which to base your coaching intervention programme
- Develop a balanced framework of improvement activity

E-Learning Accreditation
By completing our E-Learning course, you will become a fully accredited PCS Pro Practitioner enabling you to help your clients pinpoint issues, measure team and leadership performance and improve productivity and wellbeing.
You can learn at your own pace with full access to the material at any time. The PCS Pro E-Learning course is stimulating and refreshing, comprising seven levels of missions and challenges – all of which are regularly updated with new and evolving content.
As a qualified PCS Practitioner, you can work with external clients or within your own organisation to diagnose issues, design improvement packages and demonstrate return on investment.
Choose the right tool for your need
You can choose from two types of report – PCS Pro and PCS Lite.
PCS lite
A snap-shot measurement of team and leadership performance – ideal for SMEs or smaller teams or as a ‘progress’ measurement between PCS Pro reports.
PCS Pro
In-depth measurement of team and leadership performance, including analysis of the difference between team and leader perception.
